Java Swings:
Swing is a Java Foundation Classes (JFC) library and a Java Window Toolkit extension (AWT).
Swing is provided to Design Graphical User Interfaces for a Java-based application.
It is used for creating window based applications.
Java swing is an enhancement to AWT.
Swing is an Extension library to the AWT (Abstract Window Toolkit)
It is a solution to the limitations, restrictions present in AWT.
Swing adds other comments such as scrollpanes, trees and tables… etc.
Swing is a set of classes that provides more powerful and flexible functionalities when compared to AWT components.
Java Swing provides platform-independent and lightweight components.
The javax.swing package provides classes for java swing API such as JButton, JTextField, JTextArea, JRadioButton, JCheckbox, JMenu, JColorChooser etc.
